Setting an Appointment

For your convenience, we narrow down our appointment time to a two- to three-hour timeframe. You may also have us call you 30 minutes before our arrival. We will let you know of any unexpected delays as soon as possible.

No Second Call-Out Fee

Our service vehicles carry a stock of common spare parts so we can make immediate replacements necessary. We do not charge a second call-out fee for parts that need to be ordered. You will only need to pay for the part replacement and the relevant labour the technician has quoted.

Invoice and Warranties

Our mobile crew will issue you a tax invoice that contains all warranties on the parts fitted and the labour quoted by our technician. All our services are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty on all parts fitted. We also provide a six-month labour warranty for the parts fitted.
